PRINTED PPGI
PPGI (Prepainted galvanized steel)is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than galvanized steel sheets.
The base metal for PPGI consist of cold-rolled steel, Hot dip galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel and hot dip galvalume steel .The coating material is as following: Polyester, Silicon modified polyester, Polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester ,etc.
Production process : one coating one baking, double coating one baking, double coating double baking, three coating three baking ,etc.
According to surface treatment, PPGI/PPGL contains : Regular .Embossed and Printed.
PPGI main function: Architectural construction, Electrical household appliances, Transportation , Etc.

PRINTED PPGI Features
Printed PPGI are mainly used to produce steel wooden doors, security doors, anti-fire doors, coach, garage, carport and roll-up doors as the highly processing wooden color sheet. And also be used in household electrical appliances, anti-scratch door sheet, telephone booth, newsstand and division plate as the common patterned sheet.
On generally, they are used to produce steel-plastic sheet, honeycomb plate, ceiling board and sandwich panel in decoration of wall and substructure work.
ADVANTAGES:
1.Resistance to deep drawing, zero spangle, the galvanized steel coated equally distributed, and the painting layer adhesive property is good.
2.The products can be bent to 180°C .without crack, chipping and paint-shedding.
3.Anti-corrosion, anti-rust, aging resistance, solvent resistance and wiping 200 times without paint-shedding.
4.Durable and long lasting, they are no color fading and charring when burned on the fire with gasoline on the plate.
